DONE!!!

I'm done with my thesis!!! I handed it in yesterday!!! I'm really happy I finished it. My supervisor will read it now and together we'll discuss some corrections that need to be done. Then a second reader will go voer it and then I'll deliver it to the examination commitee. By the end of june I should get my diploma, if all goes well at the graduating exam, where I have to defend my thesis.

My band has been doing well without me (I took 3 months off to finish my thesis). They've played a lot around in Europe. Especially the shows in Germany and Poland went off like a rocket.
Here is a picture of the show in Poland. There are a lot of plans in the making. We're definetely going to Greece, Hungary and Serbia in two weeks. It will be a lot of fun to be on the road again. The weather at the end of may in these countries should also be excellent. The tour in Japan, Australia and South-East Asia seems to be getting on its way as well. We have had some good reactions from our contacts over there. It will probably happen somewhere around november. The only problem is that our drummer still has to arrange free days with his job, before we can start booking the plane tickets.

What has been in the news a lot lately is the visit of the most 'beloved' president of the world to Europe. He also took the time off to talk to his good friend the prime-minister of Holland, Balkenende. Since many people in Holland thought that it was ridiculous to invite a war-president for the commemoration of victims of World War Tour, we organised a demonstration to 'welcome' him. Despite the horrible weather 8000 people showed up, demonstrating for the 56% of the population, who said in the polls the day before that "Bush should not be let into the country".
