Worse Than an HMO

I have an old ATT cell phone, and have to change providers. I've been reading a Consumer Reports article here at home and they compare average industry customer satisfaction surveys: Cell phone providers are worse on average than HMO's!!! I also learned that my current provider is rated at the bottom of the stack. :(
