Dear Chef,

After reading this blog I now see that I should turn to you with all my cookery questions. I am looking for interesing salmon dishes that apeal to the Chinese palat. I have a large slab of smoked salmon that I am making my way through. so far I have made two dishes, both cream-based. The first was with white wine served on a bed of rice and the second with blue cheese and penne pasta. I would love to try something new that will impress the in-laws. Can you help?
